Roast the Selva risoni in butter. Add salt and black pepper. Add 2 cups of water or broth and cook until the risoni absorb the water. Let the pilaf steep for 5-10 minutes and serve. It goes well with meat dishes. If you wish, a bowl of yoghurt goes well with it.
