1 Package Selva Penne Pasta
1 Water Glass Thinly Sliced Mushrooms
2-3 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tablespoon Butter
1 Can Cream
Salt and Black Pepper
Boil Selva penne pasta according to the recipe on the package. Panfry the mushrooms in butter for the sauce. When the mushrooms have absorbed the water, add salt, black pepper and garlic and panfry for 1-2 minutes. Add the cream and cook for 4-5 minutes until the sauce thickens. Add Selva pasta and switch off the heat. If you wish, you can serve your pasta by sprinkling cheddar cheese.
