1 Packet Selva Spaghetti

2 Tbsp Pine Nuts
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese or Old Cheddar

Boil and drain the Selva Spaghetti according to the recipe on the package. Leaf 1 bunch of basil for pesto sauce. Grind the basil leaves, 2 tablespoons of pine nuts (walnuts are also fine), 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (old cheddar or tulum cheese can also be used) in a food processor. Gradually add 1 tea glass of olive oil to the pesto sauce and grind your sauce in a food processor until it reaches a puree consistency. In a sauce pan, mix Selva Spaghetti, 2 to 3 tablespoons of pasta boiling water and pesto sauce. If you wish, you can serve your Selva pasta with basil leaves and crushed bell pistachios.
Sustainable Note: Do not throw away the basil stems. If you plant them in your garden or put them in a glass full of water, basil will give leaves.
