1 cup chicken broth
2 carrots
3 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

Thinly slice the carrots and sauté in olive oil for a few minutes. Add chicken broth, water, salt, and black pepper. Once boiling, add Selva Risoni. Cook until the vermicelli softens. Garnish with finely chopped parsley if desired and serve.
