½ pack Selva Fusilli
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
3 slices white cheese (cubed)
1 red onion
9–10 black olives
Fresh mint leaves
Dressing:
Juice of 1 lemon
3–4 tbsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper
Boil and cool the pasta. Dice vegetables and combine with pasta. Mix the dressing ingredients and drizzle over the salad. Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
