1 Package Selva Farfalle Pasta

1 Hot Red Pepper (Chili Pepper etc.)

1 Teaspoon Tomato Paste

4 Grated Tomatoes

1 Teaspoon Pepper Paste

1-2 Tablespoons Grated Old Kashar Cheese

Salt

Black Pepper

Olive Oil

Preparation

Boil the Selva farfalle pasta according to the recipe on the package. For the sauce, add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to a pot and after the olive oil is heated well, sauté the small chopped pepper and tomato paste by adding to the pot.  Add grated tomatoes, salt and black pepper, cook until the tomatoes have absorbed the water. Mix the pasta well with this sauce and serve with grated cheese.
