1 Package Selva Sedanini Rigate
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups milk
2 cups grated cheddar cheese (or other optional cheese)

Black pepper
Boil and drain the Selva sedanini rigate pasta according to the recipe on the package. Melt the butter in a deep pot and roast the flour and butter. Slowly add milk while stirring constantly and cook until you get a thick consistency. Add cheddar cheese and continue to mix your sauce. Add the boiled Selva pasta into the sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes. Serve hot.
