Preparation

Boil the Selva farfalle pasta according to the recipe on the package and drain it well. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and spices of your choice to the drained pasta and mix well. Spread the pasta on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper in a thin layer, so that the pasta does not overlap too much, and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until the pasta is browned. You can consume pasta chips with the dip sauce of your choice or plain.
