1 Packet Selva Pipe Rigate Pasta

250 g Minced Meat

1 Onion

1 Bowl Yoghurt

3 Cloves Garlic

Salt

Black Pepper

Dry Mint

2 Grated Tomatoes

Preparation

For the manti mixture, mix 250 g minced meat with 1 grated medium size onion, salt and black pepper. Without boiling the Selva pipe rigate pasta, fill the pasta one by one with the ravioli mixture. Boil and drain your Selva Manti pasta. You can serve with garlic yoghurt and tomato sauce if you wish. Dried mint is also very good on it.
