1 packet Selva Penne Pasta
2 chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion
2 cloves crushed garlic
1 cup tomato puree or grated tomato
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil (optional)
Green Onion (optional)
Boil and drain the Selva penne pasta according to the instructions on the package. For the sauce, panfry the onion and tomato paste in olive oil. Add chicken breast, salt and black pepper and panfry until the chicken absorbs the water. Add garlic, tomato puree and 1 teaspoon sugar and cook your sauce. Mix your sauce with boiled Selva pasta. If you wish, you can serve your Selva pasta with finely chopped spring onion leaves.
