3 cups Selva Wheat Flour
250 g butter
1 cup powdered sugar
½ teacup wheat starch

Preparation

Beat room temperature butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Gradually add starch and Selva Wheat Flour. Knead into a dough. Shape into walnut-sized balls, place on baking tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 15 minutes.
