As the data controller, Selva Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. ("Company"), operating at the address Konya Organized Industrial Zone, Büyük Kayacık Neighborhood, Güzel Konak Street No 6, Selçuklu, Konya, presents the following information to you under our obligation to inform, in order to comply with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) due to the personal data we obtain

2.1. Your personal data may be collected by the Company in line with the services provided and the Company’s commercial activities, through automated or non-automated methods, via Company units and offices, website, social media platforms, mobile applications, and similar means, either verbally, in writing, or electronically. 2.2. Data is also collected through security cameras used at Company premises for ensuring security and monitoring work processes. 2.3. Your collected personal data may be processed and transferred within the scope of the purposes specified in Articles (1) and (2) of this text, pursuant to the data processing conditions and purposes stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law. 2.4. You may submit your requests regarding your rights stated in Article 11 of the Law by filling out the "Contact Form" available at www.selva.com.tr and sending it via one of the following methods:

• By applying in person at the address: Konya Organized Industrial Zone, Büyük Kayacık Neighborhood, Güzel Konak Street No 6, Selçuklu, Konya with identity verification;
• By sending an email to the Company’s address kvkk@selva.com.tr via your registered email address (KEP), or using a secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address previously notified to the data controller and recorded in the system.

Your personal data is collected to ensure that the products and services offered by the Company are delivered within the legal framework, and to enable the Company to fulfill its contractual and legal responsibilities accurately and completely. Your personal data may be processed and updated as long as you benefit from the products and services provided by the Company. It may also be processed when you use our call centers or website, visit Selva Gıda or its website, or participate in events organized by Selva Gıda. Camera recordings are used at Company premises for security, monitoring business operations. Such data is processed within the framework of the Law. Article 5 of the Law outlines the conditions for processing personal data. Where explicit consent is required, it will be obtained. However, in accordance with the conditions stated in paragraph 2 of Article 5, it is also possible to process personal data without consent. For purposes such as ensuring company security and monitoring entrances and exits, personal data may be processed without obtaining explicit consent. Your personal data may be processed for the purposes of enabling you to benefit from products and services offered by the Company, customizing these according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring legal and commercial security of the Company and related parties, and determining and implementing the Company's commercial and business strategies in line with the conditions and purposes stated in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.

Your collected personal data may be transferred for the purposes of conducting necessary work by our business units so that you can benefit from the Company’s products and services, customizing the products and services offered by Selva Gıda according to your preferences, usage habits, and needs, ensuring legal and commercial security of the Company and persons in business relations with the Company, and determining and implementing the Company’s commercial and business strategies, to: - LORAS HOLDİNG A.Ş. and its group companies, - Our business partners, - Our suppliers, - Cargo/shipping/logistics companies for product delivery, - Our shareholders, - Public institutions and private persons authorized by law, within the scope of personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

This text constitutes your explicit consent in accordance with the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce and the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages. By granting your approval, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages and other communications via SMS/text message, push notifications, social media, online advertising networks, automated calls, computer, phone, fax, email, Bluetooth, other wireless networks, and electronic communication tools from Selva Gıda Sanayi A.Ş. and its subsidiaries for the purpose of promoting, advertising, marketing, celebrating, or conveying good wishes regarding any product or service.
